Requirements:
- BS degree is required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor
- Supervision experience in a warehouse/distribution environment within food, beverage, consumer products or other high volume environments
- Experience in a team based facility using continuous improvement tools such as Lean, TPM, Six Sigma or other similar programs.
Duties:
Leads, mentors and develops 10-15 hourly in a high-speed high volume warehouse distribution facility. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and monitoring distribution operations for safety, quality and efficient performance. Develops employees problem solving skills and utilizes team meetings to resolve day to day operations issues. Acts as a change agent leader in the distribution area providing support and guidance to employees on new programs.
Location: GA
Salary: $50K to $60K
