Requirements:      Requirements: Four year degree and 2-5 years in a maintenance leadership role in a high speed packaging/production environment.  Must have experience planning work orders, PMs, and prioritizing work with employee input. Demonstrated skills in problem solving, continuous improvement, and technical reasoning required. Must be familiar with operator involved maintenance activity. Prefer candidates with boiler control experience.

Responsibilities:   Provides direct oversight of maintenance systems and employees.   Position is rotating shifts.
