Overview:

To support the team who will implement a new ERP system in GLUSA (GLUS, Custom Culinary & Innova). This position will be project focused with an estimated duration of 2 years. This may be extended if other business units join the first wave of implementations.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain training documentation & end user procedures.
• Coordinate training classes.
• Teach ERP basics to 250+ users (login procedures, navigation, menu hierarchy etc)
• Maintain project cost detail (invoices, consultant time sheets etc)
• Prepare and coordinate project documentation (status reports, time sheets, invoices, to do lists etc)
• Arrange team travel
• Arrange team food service
• Must commit to learning ERP basics in a relatively short period of time.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in an office or classroom environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business or a related degree.
• ERP Certification or an advanced degree is a plus.
• Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Intermediate user of productivity tools such as MS Office Suite, Outlook etc.  Strong Powerpoint presentation skills. Must be willing to learn MS Project
• Must be able to speak publicly and train a diverse group of ERP users.
• No direct reports.
•  25%+ travel is required.
