This Fortune 100 Organization is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a Degree Preferred , and 7+ Years of solid Maintenance Supervisory Experience but will consider strong candidates without a degree. Strong Background out of the manufacturing industry is definitely important along with the ability to mentor, train and progress in a highly developed team based work environment. Candidate must be bring a lot of growth and raise the bar to the company.

Responsible for maintenance team management, on-the-floor troubleshooting and project engineering support. Accountable to the team members for removing obstacles, solving problems, setting direction and empowering a team of 10-20 persons to achieve their performance improvement results. Acts as a technical resource to help achieve manufacturing goals in the areas of safety, cost, quality and service to customers.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field Preferred but not required
At least 7 years experience in a maintenance organization with 2-3 years in management
Fluent with maintenance scheduling software (CIMMS)
Prefer Experience with 3 phase power systems, PLC controls, general trouble shooting and PM programs (not required)
Demonstrated people and leadership skills with track record of achieving positive business results
Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
Experience with high-speed packaging is a plus.
