Our client, a leader in the production of specialty beverages, puddings and cheese sauce, is seeking a Sales Manager to handle their Foodservice accounts. This person can maintain a home office and be located in the Mid-West or the East Coast.

Position Overview

This position requires an individual that is dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded with a strong desire to be a leader in a strong sales and business climate.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in trade shows, corporate events, and other sales activities.
• Communicate to top management sales account activity.
• Target new accounts. Develop a sales plan that will result in added top line revenue.
• Maintain territory budgets.
• Provide customers with product information regarding new offerings.
• Manage distributors and large direct buying accounts.
• Establish strong relationships with Foodservice accounts.

Qualifications for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 plus years of sales experience with a concentration in Foodservice.
• Travel rate up to 75%.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office.
