The successful candidate will supervise a shift of approximately 40 employees ensuring all activities are in conformance with internal and external standards, Supervisor will assure that all production activities are in conformance with product specifications, scheduling personnel, verifying worked hours, conducting training in safety, good manufacturing practices, work instructions, as well as being responsible for resolving work related issues that may include addressing disciplinary action as well as recognition.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree from an accredited 4 year university
Candidate must be available to work a rotational shift as well as work on the weekends.
Supervisory experience and food manufacturing experience
Bilingual - English/Spansh a plus
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S a plus.
