Large, well established food manufacturer located in popular area of northeast is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor. Meat and RTE experience a big plus as well as Lean. Offering competitive salary and benefits.
Summary: Responsible for all employees assigned to their specific areas of production. In this capacity, a Production Supervisor will:
· Monitor all quality and productivity goals.
· Ensuring that all company policies, along with documented Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP’s) and safety regulations are enforced and followed up on a daily basis.
· The ability to understand and assimilate all guidelines regarding current HACCP plans is paramount.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Eligible to work in the United States
· Ability to work various hours as needed
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2 years manufacturing experience
· 1 year supervisory experience
