Qualifications. You’re a technical expert who’s also a key member of the plant management group.
* You must have several years of Maintenance Leadership experience in the Food or a closely-related, diverse packaged goods manufacturing environment.
* You should be able to demonstrate experience in implementing and reinforcing TPM, PM, and other professional maintenance management systems. You should also have experience in maintenance budgeting and management of inventories, etc.
* You need to demonstrate a strong coaching orientation and an ability to prioritize competing needs while leading a diverse team toward company goals.
