Job Description
o Responsible for the day to day data integrity in the areas of inventory, production data, shipping data and material accounting.
o Record and reconcile inventory transactions
o Daily verification of production and reconciliation of JDE to pallet log
o Reconcile finished goods production daily, adjust inventory accordingly
o Verification that shipments are updated correctly and inventory updated accurately
o Daily investigation of all negative inventory balances and accurate resolution
o Daily inventory transfers and adjustments
o Flour/oil inventory recordings
o Coordinate inventory cycle counts
o Provide support for other accounting functions as needed
Job Qualifications
o BA/ BS /Diploma in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
o 1 + years accounting experience, proficient PC skills, self starter (needing minimal supervision),
o Good interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize projects.
