Salary to $65K plus good bonus, benefits, and relocation.
BACKGROUND:
- Must have 3+ years (more is good) experience as a Production Supervisor in Food or Beverage manufacturing.
- Must be open to an off-shift.
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a team-based and continuous improvement environment is a plus.
- Four-year degree is preferred, but not required.
POSITION:
This position reports to a Production Manager. Production Supervisors lead a team of 20-25 hourly employees, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Supervisors will do team building, identify opportunities for improvement, and work on continuous improvement projects.
