Job Description

Masters degree in Business Administration or Human Resources related field of study required. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred.   Strong track record of Human Resources business partnership driving talent within the organization and 5 years generalist experience required with 1-2 years experience in manufacturing environment preferred.  Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at every level of the organization; experience with Talent Management processes and tools; solid understanding of state and federal employment law, OFCCP and compliance matters required. Fundamental understanding of Total Rewards strategies and processes including compensation and recognition; ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time; credentials or licensing required for dealing with confidential matters; high degree of demonstrated business acumen; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is necessary. HR SAP experience is preferred. 

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will provide HR leadership and support to help achieve the company’s strategic initiatives.  Assist at all levels of the corporate organization with Human Resource services that enhance business goals and objectives.  This is accomplished through the passionate pursuit of customer satisfaction combined with a strategic mindset to drive the “right” changes while maintaining the highest levels of trust and integrity throughout the organization.
