Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee all functions of modern automated feedmill manufacturing feed for entire layer and pullet complexes.
Ensure a safe work environment, managing approx. 5 employees and being accountable for cost center's financial objectives.
Work in conjunction with human resources on employee issues.
Responsibilities include preventative and routine maintenance programs.
Experience:
Some prior feed mill operations experience and knowledge required.
A Supervisor ready to move up to Manager role would work.
Needs mechanical aptitude with general preventative maintenance program knowledge.
