Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology required; Masters Degree, MBA is a plus.
The Director, Business Partnership – Sales & Marketing role is a key role that will work on Strategic Enterprise projects, responsible to develop overall design and execution of Sales & Marketing business processes, including the interface of these processes. The role will define business process design spanning SAP ERP and legacy systems and will lead and/or influence project delivery teams to execute that design in the projects that make up the IT strategic project roadmap. In addition, the role will be responsible to guide the SAP Sales & Marketing Team to complete SAP configuration to meet the design criteria for strategic projects.
The role will support the following projects on the 5 year strategic roadmap:
- Trade Promotion Management – responsible to provide leadership to develop and implement a TPM process in SAP to meet the needs of Perdue Foods Business.
- Customer Relationship Management – responsible to provide leadership to develop and implement a CRM process in SAP to meet the needs of Perdue Foods Business.
- Sales Order Processing – responsible to support the existing SD process in SAP and to improve operational productivity and reporting and analytics for this area.
The role will also have responsibility to manage, direct and train Perdue Internal SAP configuration developers on SAP capabilities and solutions.
Candidate must meet the following requirements:
- 15 Year IT or Sales Management Experience with concentration on Consumer Product Goods (CPG) companies.
- 10 Years minimum experience with SAP ERP systems, with concentration in CRM, TPM or SD area.
- Strong Sales & Marketing background is required, including previous assignments within Sales or Marketing department.
- Can develop and articulate a strategic roadmap utilizing SAP ERP and BW/BI systems to support the Sales & Marketing needs of a corporation.
- Experienced in IT Governance Processes for the prioritization and sequencing of IT projects in constrained environments.
- Ability to develop business case and project ROI calculations for Sales & Marketing IT initiatives.
- SAP business process experience in the following specific SAP module area: CRM – Customer Relationship Management and SD – Sales & Distribution.
- Minimum of four, full project lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP systems with concentration in subject module.
- High level understanding of SAP CRM module integration with other SAP business processes including: SD – Sales & Distribution, FI/CO Finance and Controlling, MM – Materials Management, PP – Production Planning, WM – Warehouse Management, QM - Quality Management, PM – Plant Maintenance.
- Experience in defining and implementing SAP ERP solutions for process manufacturing companies around Sales & Marketing processes including Customer Relationship Management, Trade Promotion Management and Sales Order Processing.
- Experienced in defining and implementing SAP ERP solutions of CRM processes for Consumer Product Goods (CPG) companies.
- Experienced in Master Data requirements for subject SAP module, including legacy system data conversions.
- Experienced in SAP ERP, COPA, and/or Business Warehouse or Business Objects reporting and analytics for subject SAP modules.
- Working knowledge of SAP Solution manager, ARIS Toolset, and HP Quality Management Suite is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project Server and Portfolio Toolset is a plus.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite including creation of Excel spreadsheets, and MS Power Point presentations is required.
- Experienced in Microsoft Project including creation of resourced project schedules with understanding of critical path planning is required.
