| MAJOR DUTIES: |
| | Plan, develop, organize, execute, direct and evaluate the divisions’ financial and information technology functions and performance. |
| | Participate in the development of the corporation’s plans and programs as a strategic partner. |
| | Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introductions of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action. |
| | Develop credibility for the finance and information technology groups by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the President and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities. |
| | Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. |
| | Establish credibility throughout the organization and senior executives as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. |
| | Provide technical financial and information technology advice and knowledge to others in those disciplines. |
| | Continual improvement of the budgeting process through education of local and department management on financial issues impacting their budgets. |
| | Review performance of each reporting manager, against results of job description requirements and prior negotiated goals. Review each manager’s evaluation of his/her respective subordinates. Recommend merit increases based upon the individual’s performance and placement in salary range. |
| | Oversee and approve major capital investment for the division. |
| | Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential acquisitions. |
| | Be an advisor from a financial perspective on any contracts into which the division may enter. |
| | May perform other functions as assigned. |
