Posting Job Description The Regional Pricing Specialist is responsible for the daily administration, execution, and compliance of pricing and promotional initiatives:

*Administer price changes and price promotion calendars
*Communicate price changes and price promotion 
*Collect competitive and retailer intelligence
*Conduct PTR reviews
*Execute State Price posting
*Maintain distributor transition pricing
*Maintain Pricing and Price Promotion Information
*Maintain frontline price changes, including distributor transition pricing within SAP
*Supports GI and DMA price planning, execution and follow-up
*Execute State Price posting
*Execute pricing for brand/package rollouts ensuring compliance with national strategies
*Maintain price promotion calendars in Price Promotion system
*Resolve on hold price promotion reimbursements
*Support handling of distributor pricing claims (billing price, price promotion reimbursements)
*Resolve wholesaler inquiries dealing with pricing process/technical/system issues, e.g. price promotion reimbursements, billing price report, etc.
*Communicate price changes and price promotion calendar changes with distributors
*Maintain volume, revenue and price promotion plans within RPM
*Ensure audit/Sarbanes compliance
*Conducts PTR reviews and follow-up, and
*Conducts ad hoc pricing analysis requests, e.g. DGP analysis
*Collect competitive and retailer intelligence (competitive FL and Promoted PTRs and PTCs, shares, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications *Four-year Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
*1 year experience in some aspect of pricing or finance
*Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
*Experience utilizing/interpreting syndicated volumetric and pricing data (e.g., ACNielsen, IRI) a plus
*Knowledge of financial planning processes (e.g., P&L mgmt.) & valuation practices (e.g., NPV, EVA)  a plus

*Use a discipline process to define problems, identify root causes, evaluate data from a variety of sources, recognize patterns, generate alternative solutions, identify potential unintended consequences, and recommend the best solution.
