One of the fastest growing food companies needs the right talent to manage and support their import / export program.  The right person for this position will be passionate about international trade law and will have extensive knowledge of those regulations as they pertain to the food industry.  If you are going to be able to succeed in this position there are a couple of experiences you are going to have in your background:

 - Classifying products for import or export using the HTSUS according to GRI's, binding rules, explanatory notes and other established regulatory information.

 - Experience working with government agencies to obtain and execute all import / export documentation such as: COA, BOL, Aphis, AMS, Certificates of Origin, NAFTA and other FTA's, Ocean BOL and all other necessary information for customs clearance.

 - Developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to assure compliance with import and export law.
