The person in this position will ensure that the plant programs for food safety and quality are properly assessing the appropriate attributes and ensuring that the people on the production floor are performing their checks correctly.
The person in this role will also step back and seek to understand if we are performing the right checks to ensure food safety and quality or whether additional/different checks should be implemented. Some refer to this as performing GAP analyses.
The person in this position will become visible to all the key players in Production, QA and Maintenance at each of our plants and at our Office.
