1.Oversee all company weld engineering processes 2.Develop welding standards and parameters for current and new welding operations. 3.Provide welding process improvements, develop more cost effective methods of operation, improve quality, and meet internal and external customer needs. 4.Provide best practices and unique process solutions to new product development process. B.S. degree in Weld Engineering or related 5 years of related weld experience. Experience in destructive and non-destructive weld testing. 3 to 5 years of experience with designing and programming robotic/automated welding systems. American Welding Society (AWS) certification is a plus Midwest with competitive salary
