1. Advise dealers and customers on product applications, maintenance and adjustments 2. Provide management & staff and other departments with pertinent product information on performance and reliability. 3.Assist with quality audits 4. Set up machines to develop recommendations for dealer assembly instructions and assist in writing and proofreading of assembly instructions. 5. Administer equipment warranty and update programs Prefer at least one year experience working on agriculture equipment and/or experience in the service and technical support of agricultural equipment; including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronic systems. Relevant work experience with the following but not limited to: yield monitors, GPS, vehicle guidance, sprayer controls, variable rate applicators, and desktop mapping software preferred.
