Job Description This position is responsible for the processes, administration, and analysis involved in all aspects of the foodservice School Business. This includes Net Off Invoice and K-12 Services, Blanket Bids, School Bids, and direct support to the National Sales Manager – Non-commercial Sales and associated sales personnel. It will also include general sales planning support as needed from time to time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide all required administrative support for the Net Off Invoice/K-12 Services school business, including:
Reporting and Analysis:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education: College Degree preferred, with Finance or Accounting coursework or degree a plus.
Experience: 5-7 years sales support experience preferred. Must be proficient in the use of computers for Word, Excel (spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint Presentations, Crystal, Data Base Management and Web Based communications.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills and excellent analytical skills are required.
