Small privately owned food co with 200 employees. The co has over 50 in the industry processing specialty food items. They have tripled their sales in the last 10 yrs and is just completing a major expansion. The co success and growth will offer someone a great opt for growth and stability.
The position will manager over 3 leads and 15 techs on a three shift operation. Will be responsible for all food safety during production, lab analysis, plant audits and sanitation.
The co needs a good hands on manager or supervisor with four or more yrs experience in the food or beverage industry. Must have skills in developing and training a strong quality team.
