Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related relevant experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong safety record.
• Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays.
• Microsoft applications and SAP experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, packaging or dairy experience preferred.
• Excellent time management, team building and problem solving skills.

Duties:

This position ensures the day to day production consistency in the cheese making process.

• Monitor the production processes and determining necessary changes.
• Assist in the planning of manpower based on the daily production schedule.
• Determine inventory levels.
• Assist in the training and development of Processing staff.
• Promote employee involvement and ensuring that safety and quality standards are followed at all times.

Location: NM

Salary: $60K to $70K + 5%
