Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or related relevant experience.
- 3-5 years supervisory experience.
- Strong safety record.
- Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays.
- Microsoft applications and SAP experience preferred.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, packaging or dairy experience preferred.
- Excellent time management, team building and problem solving skills.
Duties:
This position ensures the day to day production consistency in the cheese making process.
- Monitor the production processes and determining necessary changes.
- Assist in the planning of manpower based on the daily production schedule.
- Determine inventory levels.
- Assist in the training and development of Processing staff.
- Promote employee involvement and ensuring that safety and quality standards are followed at all times.
Location: NM
Salary: $60K to $70K + 5%
