Our client company is one of the most recognized names in the meat processing industry. Today, the company employs over 500 associates, but still prides itself on being a family owned company with a strong culture of family values which has become tradition for their 65 year history. Currently they are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their facility in the midwest and also the rockies.
This position will primarily be responsible for Coordinating activities of workers within repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of the plant.
Minimal requirements:
? 5+ years experience as maintenance mechanic.
? Strong technical background in PLC’s and electrical knowledge.
? Must have 5 years refrigeration experience / 5 years of supervisory experience.
? High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in maintenance.
