Requirements:
BSME, BSEE, BSChE or other engineering degree required with 10+ years experience managing capital
projects in the food & beverage industry. Will be responsible for planning, directing and monitoring the execution of multi−disciplined engineering projects from $100K to $10MM.
Job Duties:
Requires technical experience specific to packaging, machine design and/or process engineering. Previous experience estimating costs, writing proposals and scheduling for multiple disciplines is required.
Must have working knowledge of time, cost, scope, quality, risk, procurement, as well as project integration techniques to ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule and contractual commitments.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills are necessary, and position will entail approximately 30% travel. Project management certification through PMI a plus.
