Requirements:

• BS Degree is required with a preference for a Engineering degree
• Exposure to implementation of TPM or Lean principals
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Maintenance, Engineering or similar technical position
• Must have in-depth working knowledge of CMMS programs like SAP, MP2, Maximo or similar
• Must work with local/state/federal agencies, and corporate insurance/risk management and other agencies to ensure the facility meets/exceeds codes and/or policies
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Duties:

• Coaches, develops and trains a large staff across 3 shifts
• Manages the day-to-day plant technical organization and is responsible to deliver maximum equipment system uptime through the application of OEE and CI concepts and tools
• Manages all plant technical budgets and works with corporate engineering on capital budgets
• Develop and build the maintenance program, identify guidelines and strategies
• Works collaboratively with Plant Management Team and Corporate Engineering Director to develop technical strategies that deliver safety, environmental, energy, maintenance, continuous improvement, and OEE programs that improve the Plants performance.
• Develops and deploys overall plant technical strategies and tactics focused on improving Plant performance
• Promotes and incorporates safety as a culture and a strategy in all aspects of the technical and operations areas and demands focused results from the entire technical organization

Salary: $90K to $115K + 15%
