JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • BS degree is required
  • Must have 8 years of experience with at least 5 years of plant based experience
  • Must have TPM Pillar experience preferably with Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance
  • Previous leadership experience in training and development
  • Strong and demonstrated influencing skills
  • SAP system knowledge, including system implementation experience, preferred
  • Clear understanding of manufacturing business processes

Duties:

Leads the planning and implementation of specialized practices for manufacturing processes. Coordinates with Division Continuous Improvement Leader, Pillar Leaders and Plant Managers to execute implementation plans. Develops and maintains training and tracking standards. Coaches plant resources in implementation of improvement methodology. Trains and validates resources in use of the manufacturing processes.

Location: IA

Salary: $90K to $120K + 15% Bonus
