Successful candidate must have at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in an industrial maintenance role and a degree in related field is preferred. Must possess strong leadership, people and demonstrated interpersonal skills; excellent management, organizational and communication skills, and be able to work without much supervision. Must be willing and able to be available to work weekends and special projects as required. Candidate should have a technical expertise in electrical, pneumatics and refrigeration. Duties of this position included but are not limited to oversee the activities of the maintenance department and adjustment of all equipment in First Processing Operations through preventive maintenance and repair, while providing leadership necessary to achieve the goals for customer satisfaction, production, yield, quality, safety, turnover and absenteeism.
