Job Description

Must have Sales & Marketing experience in agricultural farm related equipment. Will oversee the hiring and development of a national sales organization. Work closely with marketing and manage overall sales process. Responsible for P&L. Develop pricing policies, dealer concerns and customer relations. At least 4 years in a Senior Management position in ag products. Degree required. Must have excellent communication skills. Salary: $100-130k + bonus.
