Leading Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturer seeks a Sr. H.R. Manager. Reporting to the Global Director of HR. Will serve as the primary Human Resources contact on Global HR activities & initiatives for division with sales of $1+ billion over multiple manufacturing plants.
Client seeks HR generalist with minimum of 5 to 10 years management experience in manufacturing including plant and Corporate multi-site responsibilies. Ideal candidate will have blend of labor relations, non-union, and TPM, Lean manufacturing experience. Will be responsible for Employee/Labor relations, administration of collective bargaining agreement, AA/EEOC, wage & benefits administration, health & safety programs, staffing, talent retention & acquisition initiatives, succession planning, manpower planning, performance management, etc.
