Job Description

Manage multiple brands and corporate marketing in order to increase it’s Value/Equity (Long Term Cash Flow), and implement the strategy with the team. Establish Marketing Plan for corporate marketing, defining goals (strategic and financial) Establish marketing mix variables (price, ad/promotion, distribution and packaging) Champion brands both internally and externally and ensure consistency of communications Closely monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities and threats for brands growth Coordinate daily management of marketing variables including packaging, advertising, promotions, distribution and public relations to execute the brands marketing plan. Assist in development and manage execution of promotional activities to grow brands profit and share within budget guidelines. Forecast and track brands sales volume, market share and profit projections Coordinate with operations to manage impact of production peaks and other events, such as new products/lines, that might impact inventory of Finished Goods or Raw Materials. Prepare sales materials and attend sales calls and trade shows Contribute to the company’s understanding of consumer attitudes and behavior in the category and utilize this information in building brand plan Set and pursue an innovation strategy Experience Minimum 4 years experience, which 1 or 2 must be marketing B2C, or the client side or agency side. Experience in brand marketing and/or business analysis Experience in consumer retail packaged goods in US grocery retail Experience in In store merchandising / Trade Marketing Experience working at or managing an external marketing agency a plus Education: BS/BA degree in marketing, business or applicable discipline; MBA a plus
