Job Description
Requirements: successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering/Operations
- Minimum 2 years Green Belt experience. Black Belt preferred
- Must be knowledgeable of various government regulations : OSHA, USDA, FDA, EPA, EEOC, OFCCP, etc.
Responsibilities: Individual will lead and drive the following efforts within the plant:
- Continuous Improvement
- Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Process and equipment standardization (where appropriate).
Duties include planning, organizing, training, coaching, troubleshooting, evaluation, monitoring, providing technical support and constant creation of business initiatives to reduce cost and improve quality.
