The role of Sr Financial Analyst will provide financial support for our Supply Chain business partners with a focus on a variety of areas including commodity financial analysis, metrics/scorecards, financial analysis projects, and costing support as needed. Prior Dairy experience would be helpful but is not required.
Our team supports Materials Management, Dairy and Non-Dairy Procurement, and Mix Processing as well as various functional departments. Key deliverables include developing and enhancing Financial Models, Financial Analysis, Planning and Forecasting, as well as identifying key risks, opportunities, and trends. Other responsibilities include month-end close activities, variance analysis, and cost center reporting. Also responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting and providing insightful and actionable analysis and communication of financial results.
The ability to understand product costing and use those skills to assess current and future changes to product costs will be helpful for this role. The successful individual will be involved in special projects and interface with both Finance and other functional areas on a regular basis and demonstrate strong communications skills.
Bacheolor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with strong financial analysis experience. Cost Accounting background and MBA and/or CPA desired. Dairy or Food Manufacturing financial experience preferred.
