The position of Business Intelligence Analyst will perform tasks associated with report design, development, and ongoing support of the business intelligence function for Wells.  This role will help to ensure that consistent and accurate management information is available for standard and adhoc reporting or detailed analytics.  The position will work with business users to define reporting and analysis needs, develop programs and work with other IT resources to ensure accurate data is available in a consumable format, and execute against change control processes to ensure the ongoing availability and accuracy of new data sources.

This position will work with customers (internal/external) individually and in groups to identify requirements for projects at hand and create technical solutions by interpreting those requirements and integrating with IT strategies.  The primary responsibility is to deliver and maintain data repository that enables easy interpretation and analysis of core business information.  Will also be responsible for implementing data standards and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data repository, engaging IT resources as necessary to deliver projects associated with the Business Intelligence function, and to design and deliver end-user training and training materials; providing technical support as needed.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, other duties may be assigned by your supervisor as dictated by business necessity.

Qualified candidates must be college graduates with a BS in Computer Science or Business in addition to at least 5 years experience with 3-4 years in Programming and Development along with an additional 2-3 years experience with Business Intelligence reporting and extract transform and load (ETL) development, preferably with Oracle OBIEE and Informatica.
