Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a pro-active Quality Assurance department for one of the country's leading dairy ingredient companies. Through a subordinate staff this person will lead all GMP compliance activities related to commercial manufacturing and lab operations, food safety/HACCP, investigations and corrective actions, etc. The qualified individual will have a BS degree minimum, preferably in Food Science or Microbiology, and a demonstrated track record of success in leading a QA department within the food indistry, dairy experience preferred. Candidates MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH RISK ENVIRONMENT, I.E. ILSTERIA, E-COLI, ETC. This is a very visible, high-priority position in a very attractive central California location.
