Job Description:
Specialist responsible for health and welfare data analytics, technology and vendor management
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will:
- Complete quarterly department metrics
- Data analytics – run data reports from data warehouse (Ingenix)
- Process ownership of open enrollment system and vendor management, including the management of open/outstanding issues to resolution; development and execution of test plans; process improvement of system functionality and support
- Coordination of system testing and new system functionality, including SAP testing for active benefits, open enrollment and SAP HR upgrade review and testing
- Management of vendor partner open/outstanding issues list and calls related to eligibility
- Acts as subject matter expert with HRIS team
- Acts as first level contact for issue resolution for escalations from Shared Services team on employee benefits/SAP issues
- Project leader on SharePoint migration for active benefits team
- Provides support in responding to external surveys
- Serves as SME resource for department on Microsoft Office Applications for
- Other projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachlor's Degree in any major with 5+ years of experience
- Through knowledge of SAP fields, data and reporting
- Excellent desktop computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications
- Process and project leadership skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Vendor management skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
