Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of Hot and Cold Food department which includes; scheduling of employees, production schedules, HACCP, Food cost improvements, menu adherence, expert menu development, and other daily operational needs including adherence to productivity measures. 
  • Must have the ability to plan for, execute and lead menu presentations for our various international customers. 
  • Individual must be organized in planning, communication with employees, be able to create a vision for the department. 
  • Must be a motivator and team builder.    

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in high volume Food Production.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with customers both internally and externally.
  • Culinary expertise in International Cuisine.
  • Experienced and knowledge of Process Improvements, TCT, and lean manufacturing.
  • Computer competent with Microsoft Office.
  • Prior Airline Catering Experience is helpful. 
  • College or Culinary School Preferred
