Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision of Hot and Cold Food department which includes; scheduling of employees, production schedules, HACCP, Food cost improvements, menu adherence, expert menu development, and other daily operational needs including adherence to productivity measures.
Must have the ability to plan for, execute and lead menu presentations for our various international customers.
Individual must be organized in planning, communication with employees, be able to create a vision for the department.
Must be a motivator and team builder.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in high volume Food Production.
Excellent inter-personal skills.
Ability to communicate with customers both internally and externally.
Culinary expertise in International Cuisine.
Experienced and knowledge of Process Improvements, TCT, and lean manufacturing.
Computer competent with Microsoft Office.
Prior Airline Catering Experience is helpful.
College or Culinary School Preferred
