Small food processing co that has over 40 years in the food co. The co processes specialty food products and is a leader in their industry. The co has about 60 employees and runs three shifts.
The position will be responsible for all quality and sanitation procedures and report the the plant GM. The department will have one lead and four techs and work with R&D.
The co needs a hands on manager or supervisor with two or more years experience in the food or beverage industry. Must have hands on and experience with quality audits, knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation.
