This position reports to the Production Supervisor. Â They will be responsible for general production work, including monitoring the production line, making boxes, setting pans, remixing and performing finish work. Â This position will work on call as needed and perform principle roles and responsibilities of production and sanitation duties with the primary responsibility to the assigned department.

** Working Schedule - Five - Eight (8) hour shifts - Split days off - varying shifts **
PRINCIPAL ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform tasks associated with general production
- Stack, unstuck and move baking pans
- Lift and move bags up to 50 pounds
- Handle finished baked goods off the line to fill racks
- Move or handle portable equipment
- Ability to climb stairs/ladder at a steady pace
- Align product on conveyor
- Remove product from conveyor and place on racks
- Assemble boxes by hand
- Load and unload rack to/from trailer
- Place plastic baskets and trays on conveyor belts
- Clean work area and floors
- Report and resolve food safety issues

Job Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires high school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Must be willing to work days, nights, weekdays, weekends, holidays, on call and overtime when needed
- Must have strong work ethic
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of a food manufacturing environment is a plus
- Any manufacturing experience is a plus
- A stable work history is desired
