Job Description
Will manage Q.C. staff of 18 in beef slaughter plant located in the Sunbelt. Oversees HACCP program and compliance with USDA. Salary to mid $70's plus. Requires degree and 3+ years in Q.A. in red meat processing to include 1 year managing at least 6 Q.C. staff techs. Must be HACCP certified. Beef slaughter experience preferred.
