Job Description
Will manage up to 4 Q.C. techs in overseeing Q.C., HACCP and food safety programs for a meat further processing plant in the Southeast. Salary to upper $50's. Requires degree and 3 years in food Q.C. to iinclude meat or poultry further processing. Must have managed/supervised staff of at least 2. Must be HACCP certified and have good oral and written communication skills.
