Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree required; Engineering discipline strongly preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience & responsibility in a maintenance field including leadership experience directing a multi-functional maintenance staff.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration and boiler operation systems.
• Strong development-oriented leadership skills are imperative.

Duties:

• Manage a maintenance team of over 100 maintenance employees.
• Coach and develop Maintenance team to world class levels of performance.
• Manages the maintenance of the building, grounds, equipment & plant facilities.
• Develops, evaluates and maintains computerized Preventative Maintenance Program; ensures effective execution of the Maintenance Planning Daily Management System.
• Ensure the performance, condition & reliability of all plumbing, mechanical & electrical equipment to ensure efficient operation of all equipment.
• Monitor project coordination.
• Departmental budget preparation and planning.

Location: CA

Salary: $95K to $125K + 10% Bonus
