Our client, a leading co-packer of specialty juices, cheese sauces, and pudding, has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager. This position can be based in the Mid-West or the East Coast.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Take an active role in account trade shows, corporate events and activities.
- Develop long term relationships with co-pack customers.
- Provide customers with information regarding product offerings that will help sell new line accounts.
- Provide effective communication of all account information with company support staff.
- Establish actions plans to secure new business.
- Provide sales forecasting and category management expertise.
Qualifications for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 experience in the food or beverage industry with a focus on co-pack.
- Travel rate up to 60%.
- Computer literate. Microsoft Office required.
This position offers a solid base salary, bonus potential, and car allowance.
