Job Description
A multi-billion dollar global leader in manufacturing is looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer who will bring new ideas and strong engineering skills to improve the Maintenance and Reliability functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining and improving the equipment performance, reliability, and uptime.
Manage, implement, and monitor programs such as PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance, etc
Develop project alternatives, scopes of work and financial justification for small projects
Provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs and evaluating equipment
Supervise all aspects of the Maintenance Support Group, this includes Planning/Scheduling, Storeroom, and Utilities Personnel (5 people)
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
3+ years experience in engineering support of manufacturing systems,
Experience using vibration analysis, IR thermography, oil analysis, etc
Track record in driving continuous improvement
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MANUFACTURING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Experience as a participant or facilitator in RCM, FMEA, TPM and other matintenance programs/methodologies
