Plant Engineer
Based in CA Central Coast
BS Mechanical Engineering is required with a GPA of 3.0 or higher in Engineering classes is required (must be prepared to provide transcript)
* Responsible for the successful mechanical operations of the plant through the effective use and maintenance of machinery/equipment. Ensures mechanical operation of machines and equipment meet production and quality standards. Works cooperatively with engineering, contractors, vendors, managers, supervisors, machine operators and production workers to ensure the optimal performance of machines and equipment
* Frozen Foods processing (3+ years) / Ammonia refrigeration-- strongly preferred
* good communication skills; will work across all departments
* focus on project management; no direct reports
