Requirements:

• BS in Engineering discipline
• 8-12 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field including supervisory experience directing a multi-functional maintenance staff
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration and boiler operation systems
• Strong leadership skills including verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Coach and grow Supervisors and Planners to world class levels of performance and contributions
• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for improving the skill, ability and results-delivery of the Maintenance team of 100+ employees
• Ensure the performance, condition and reliability of all plumbing, mechanical and electrical equipment
• Prepare and plan department’s budgets
• Et al

Compensation:

• Salary of $70-75K plus potential for a 10% bonus depending upon meeting specified goals
