Tetra Pak is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to be based out of our engineering office in Boise, ID.

Responsibilities for the position include:

• Design and implement processing systems and manage small to large projects for the Food and Dairy Industry.
• Develop complete detailed process and instrument drawings for food and dairy systems.
• Ensure system design includes Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and complies with customer specifications,  company standards, State/Federal regulations.
• Size and/or specify all system components for estimating and procurement purposes.
• Prepare system estimates and customer proposal documents.
• Review plant and equipment layouts.
• Project management ensuring completion on schedule and budget.
• Develop, document and maintain company process engineering, estimating, and project management standards/guidelines.
• Assist with commissioning and system installation as required.
• Review drawings and engineering to produce complete system designs for presentation to customers.  Assist sales with customer presentations.
• Travel 10 - 40% primarily domestic.

 RequirementsQualifications for the position include:

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Science Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sanitary process/project engineering and food & dairy system design.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for the food industry.
• Process Design knowledge and experience.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent people, communication, presentation skills.
• Ability to plan, delegate, and .multi-task.
