The Regulatory Manager will play an essential role in challenging the status quo, putting forward new ideas, and championing the development of food safety programs by serving as the main technical resource to the company as it relates to food regulations. Acting with the customer in mind, this role will stay on top of regulatory activities surrounding food safety and assist the organization in translating those changes into actions. This role will provide leadership in the label review process and regulatory activities surrounding food regulatory requirements pertaining to labeling, food safety and product export. In addition, the position will oversee non-regulatory certifications such as Kosher.

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Food Science) and three years' experience working in food manufacturing; or a combination of education and experience that meets these requirements.
Must have a solid knowledge of food federal regulations pertaining to compliance such as labeling and food safety. Kosher and export certificate experience a plus. Acidified and low acid FDA food regulation experience a plus. Sensory evaluation experience a plus.
