Our client, a leader in the production of aseptically packaged cheese sauce, puddings, and beverages, is seeking a Director of Sales -Foodservice. This position will be located in Pennsylvania.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Position reports directly to the CEO.
• Responsible for all foodservice sales activities and personnel.
• Prepare sales and financial reports.
• Develop a strong relationship with customers.
• Study business trends for the purpose of developing strong growth strategy.
• Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams.
• Provide leadership to the sales department.
• Develop plans to target new customers.
• Travel rate of 60% or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with a  focus on Foodservice.
• Computer literate. Must have Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior management experience directing a sales team.

This position offers a competitive base salary, bonus, and car allowance. Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate.
