Job Description
Position Overview:
To coordinate raw material and finished goods product flow. This position will have responsibilities in multiple areas of the supply chain process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track and report material obsolescence.
- Maintain and communicate department reports and KPI’s related to obsolescence.
- Plan and manage purchased Finished Goods inventories from co-manufacturers and transferred from other GL plants.
- Maintain MRP system settings to drive finished goods and materials replenishment.
- Perform production planning for the Lithonia plant and material planning duties as required.
- Manage product transitions and run-outs.
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in a material planning, production planning or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related major required.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills.
